Our Standard - Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing and submitted to nicheholidayrentals@outlook.com

​

Part cancellation of a booking will not be accepted and the property must be re-let for the full duration of the agreed term before the deposit is returned minus a $50 booking fee by NICHE HOLIDAY RENTALS.  No refund will be given if the dates are not re-let. Travel insurance is recommended. 

 

100% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled within:

THE RESIDENCE, AASHIYANA, LE CHATEAU - 60 days prior to arrival. 
ALL OTHER PROPERTIES - 42 days prior to arrival.
